- TFTom FNov 11, 20251.0Stay away if you have a heads up display. My wife has taken her car here twice in 3 weeks and her HUD is still misaligned. This means she had to get a new windshield AND state inspection sticker twice with taking off work. After she brought the car home tonight, I checked it again and the safelite tech actually adjusted the HUD out of its original position to try to fake it so they didn't have to fix it. If a HUD worked before a new windshield was installed and nothing happened to the HUD at all, it's the windshield since that's what's different. Simple troubleshooting folks, don't lie to your customers. Save yourself time and take your vehicle somewhere else.
