New tires are supposed to come with a free alignment check to prevent paying for a service I might not need. They added over $300 to my service before they saw or did anything. On top of that, they didn't order my tires when they said they did, putting my installation even further out. Terrible customer service, bait and switch and dishonest pricing... Yikes! I ended up taking my car elsewhere for a better price, better service and a FREE alignment. I will never be back.
