- CGChris GorzockFeb 26, 20261.0Went for an alignment and new tires droped it off at 11am was told it would be a few hrs i said ok 6:30pm i had to call to find out that it wasent done tires where swapped but no alignment felt like this was deliberate so i wouldnt drive it off with fear of ruining new tires needless to say 3pm next day i get it back for it to still pull to the right 140 for the alignment waisted i wont even go back for it to be fixed right this place is not for me

Yes they can be a little pricey but most of the time that’s because of the price of the parts. Overall I’m at very satisfied with Monro. Rob and his crew alway give excellent customer service!!

I found the same tire for less on line and showed this to the manager and he priced matched the tires on the spot no problem. Made the service that much greater! So nice to know I don't have to worry about where to take my car for service anymore.
