- DCDarin Cooper4 days ago2.0This is a review of the ROBINSON MONRO ON HOME DR. I can tell for sure I wont be going back to this location! I made a appointment for 1230pm to get my left turn signal light fix, oil change and extra I throw in change my back wiper blade. So I got there around 1220pm and there was only 1 car in the bay. A Amazon truck 🚚, When i walk in I was the only person in there. Drop off the car and I said I will stay so I walk over to Burger King and sat, ate, and watched a episode of THE LANDMAN. That was over I went back over to see if they was done that was around 138pm as I was walk over I saw my car still sitting still in the same spot I thought it was done, so I walk in but went to the bathroom first came out and he didnt even remember me and ask which car? This time when I look in the bay all 5 bay had car in there. He look my car up then went in the back talk to guy and then came back but didnt say a word to me. So the guy he was talk went outside and went and go my car and started to work on it. I did get my car until 306pm and payed 262 hundreds dollar. And he said to me there was a other light out so I throw that in for free. So I spend 2 1/2 hours at this place.

He let me look at multiple different options and took the time to research the best fit for me. They took me in the same day and finished my vehicle in less than a day. Awesome service, they really want what is best for the customer.

- ACAngela CorsonOct 10, 20251.0Went there for an alignment, drop off at 11 had to call and find out what was taking so long went back at 4 to pick it up went to drive away and car was pulling badly to the left brought it back and picked it up at 5:30 and left and it is still pulling to the left but not as bad. Staff just keep arguing just saying it’s not their fault it’s Volkswagen having the wrong numbers in the computer system….. they did nothing to make up for all the mistakes. Finally offered to have me come back a 3rd time, hopefully 3rd time is a charm
