This was something that for the most part was out of their control. What they did to make it right since we had planned to ride 6 people in the van, was to give us two separate rentals for the same price. Not ideal but what other choice did they have? As a business you can only do so much when you run into something unexpected. Luckily we had two drivers and were still able to make our trip. Nikolaus also gave us a free tank of gas and upgraded one of the vehicles as a surprise. Things don't always go right, or to plan and no business is perfect. But what matters in my opinion is, did they do everything they could to make it right considering the circumstances? Yes.
