  So I hate to admit it but this is my third time at gerber , my fault 3 accidents but !!!! Each time I have always been pleased that’s why I always go back hopefully this was the last time !! My baby bronco came back as if she was brand new , the body work was perfection !!! Mike called me weekly for updates and let’s not forget the front desk Camille was so sweet and helpful as well to kudos to your office , not sure why other people gave bad reviews but this girl is a satisfied customer !!!!

  Dave and the team were amazing. My daughter had to take her car in for repairs after an accident. Dave and the team were professional, kind, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any repairs.

  Just don't do it. Earlier this year they repaired my BMW and did a fantastic job, so when the other car met up with a deer unexpectedly I decided to return, expecting another great experience. Instead I got the same crap experience others have described. First they overwrote the estimate for hours and the car was almost totaled. Thankfully the adjuster also realized they didn't need an entire expensive part, only a mount. Then I was told the car was still on track to be done on time. Well, the car is now days overdue, all I know is they "will be in touch", and they haven't answered their phone all week. So, yeah, just don't.

  Total waste of time, unprofessional & absurd service. It toke them 4 months to repair my vehicle & there are still issues with it. Constantly I was calling in for updates but they was always giving the same excuse over & over again. I advise everyone to never ever bring ur vehicles here. Not worth the hassle or the mountain of headaches 👎👎👎☠️
