Earlier this year they repaired my BMW and did a fantastic job, so when the other car met up with a deer unexpectedly I decided to return, expecting another great experience. Instead I got the same crap experience others have described. First they overwrote the estimate for hours and the car was almost totaled. Thankfully the adjuster also realized they didn't need an entire expensive part, only a mount. Then I was told the car was still on track to be done on time. Well, the car is now days overdue, all I know is they "will be in touch", and they haven't answered their phone all week. So, yeah, just don't.
