  So only have come here for inspection but I've been happy coming here. Initially it was because it was close to the Lounge at the nearby hotel so I can grab a drink while I wait but I noticed the inspections were thorough and actually my friends and I have had several rejections lol. All the rejections were very legitimate and I'm glad they were noticed. The technician would show me the issues on the car still up on the lift. Prices have been reasonable, not at all pressured to have the work done there but if you did it's very reasonable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I will continue to come here.

  I had a great experience with Mavis Discount Tire when I really needed help. My car stopped in the middle of the road, and after finally getting it started again, I carefully drove to the shop in a panic. The team immediately put me at ease and reassured me they would take care of everything. They performed a thorough and honest diagnostic, quickly identifying the issue. I needed a new battery, and once it was replaced, my car was running perfectly again. Thanks to their efficiency and professionalism, I was able to get back on the road safely. I also want to give a special shoutout to Adam, Cory, Elmer, Trynity, and Chris. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Their honesty and quality work really stood out. I’m so grateful I found this location. The team truly goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service.

  Took my son’s car in for inspection. He rear ended another car last week after I had scheduled the appt. The car has very minor damage on the front bumper. The inspector did the inspection and failed it even though they saw the bumper prior to completing the inspection so I had to pay for it. I immediately took it to another shop and they said that they didn’t see a problem with the bumper passing and are doing the inspection for me. I always go to a different Mavis location and my son accidentally booked it at the Bartonsville location. I will never go back there. Very poor management/customer service. After looking at other poor reviews, there are many people saying the same thing. I obviously won’t return to this location again.

  I had a flat tire and I went to midas. We do not live here came as a little vacation and jeff was amazing with us. He help us and gave us good prices on tires. I am very satisfied with the service.😊🙏

  I came in because I caught a flat and Mavis was the only shop still open. Kevin answered the phone and told me to come now and he’ll get it done. I came there and ended up needing a tie rod end so I left the car with him and his team. I want to highlight that Kevin is so personable and funny! He made a stressful situation so manageable! The team In the garage was also very attentive and friendly! Keep Kevin at the desk dealing with people, he really makes the experience so enjoyable and seems honest and fair! You’ve got a great team in bartonsville! ❤️ will definitely be back! The car rides like new now!
