- KSKelly Samean1 day ago1.0DO NOT HO TO MAVIS ON CITY AVE!!!!! If I could give a zero I would. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life. After complaining about the wait time (3+ hours for a single tire change with an appointment) the manager verbally assaulted me. Called me ugly while following me to my car. He was extremely aggressive and at one point I thought he might hit me. I called the company after where I did receive a call back where the regional manager, Stacy was going to investigate and get back to me. Guess what, she didn't!! I think I'll consult with an attorney on this one. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO MAVIS ON CITY AVE!!!!!!!
- MMM M2 days ago3.0Everyone there is polite, professional, and kind. No question about that. Price of the job was great. However, I waited TWO AND A HALF hours for a 22min job. Arrived at 11:55 for an appt at noon. Checked-in. Car sat in the parking lot until exactly 2:30 when they took it in and came out at 2:52. I understand they’re short staffed so I don’t blame any of the employees; that’s a problem for management to fix. On top of that, the manager wouldn’t give a time estimate upon arrival, explicitly stating “I can’t give you a time estimate cuz you gonna hold me to it and be upset when it’s not ready in time..” There has to be a more efficient way about this. Anyway, that was my experience, do with it what you will.

Update:: I had to go back to Mavis because customer service ordered the wrong tire. When I went into the shop, Carter, James and Kevin were extremely helpful and helped to rectify the situation!! They ordered me the correct tire and took priority of fixing the situation! I actually need 3 new tires and will be coming ONLY HERE!!!!

They made sure to greet every customer that walked in. And made sure to communicate what they were doing and how they could help me. I will 100% only going here if I have another issue. - DDDuhApr 7, 20265.0I came this morning to get an oil change and air filter and my experience was top shelf. The gentleman who rang new up, Lou , was extremely helpful, considerate, and kind. My truck was brought in to be serviced almost immediately and, while being serviced, the tech noticed some issues with my front end and came in the lobby to inform me of them. We decided on a course of action and they swiftly finished what needed to be done. I’m so grateful that the people at this location were so considerate and I will be sure to bring my truck in for any future services. Thank you so much!
