  Two employees really went above and beyond for me today: The young petite woman with the soft voice and the guy from NYC really helped me out. Super sweet and patient and helped answer any questions I had and helped me get exactly what I needed and installed my battery for me and gave me some helpful suggestions. I hope they're paying them well because they were great!

  I have spent a lot of time trying to find a store that could bench test a starter. Eric and Don @ the Bala Cynwyd store came thru for me. These guys are trained well. Didn't take long to hook it up and BOOM! Starter is good from transit delivery. Thanks gents.

  I would love to give 5 stars for the gentleman that stepped outside to help me with my wipers but the heavy set woman with the red hat that huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes when a paying customer asked for assistance with windshield wipers was disgusting.

  I needed a replacement for my daughter’s auto windshield wiper, on an auto unfamiliar to me . The young woman at the cash register offered to help. She was very knowledgeable, asked some simple questions, chose a reasonably priced wiper, then walked with us to the car and showed us how to put it on.
