  I believe this is the National rental car at AVP airport in Scranton/wilkesboro airport.. For me they are the worst national I've ever dealt with.. the car I got was dirty and it was only a half a tank of gas in it ... the staff mostly was nice... But they have rules that no other national has.. the whole set up was off.. no help in the lot at all ..Noone QA the car before u take it .my car has dents in it ..they picked a nice vehicle for me..but I I just don't want them to try to blame any deaths or anything like that on me... I don't know but hopefully they step there game up..To rep the National Name brand and repersent it the right way respectfully!!

  The Emerald Isle concept is the reason why I will always consider National every time I need to rent a car!! It saves me very valuable time. Top it off with excellent customer service to make it perfect!!

  The National representatives at the Wilkes's Barre airport rental location consistently exceed the standards I have experienced at other locations nationwide. Their friendliness, dedication to customer service, and genuine effort to build relationships with returning customers are what truly set this location apart.

  I called the head to switch out my vehicle for a long-term rental. They had options for me when I got there on Vehicle so I could choose from they were clean and they were ready to go. Couldn’t have been happier.
