The customer service agent at the counter was very rude, and unhelpful making us have to Uber an hour to where we were staying plus an additional hour back to get an alternative form of payment that we were originally told we could use. All of this wasted time when all she had to do was extend our reservation. Upon our return the original customer service agent was no longer there. When we told the second agent what happened they explained all of that was unnecessary. Never again.

Less than thirty miles after I picked up me rental the PSI sensor flashed that the rear passenger tire was low and by the time I pulled off at the next exit (1.5 miles later) it was flat and totally undrivable. I called roadside assistance and they told me they were unable to bring a spare and that the car would need to be replaced, but they weren't able to bring the replacement car to me and I couldn't pick up the replacement until the current rental (with the flat) had been picked up by the tow company. Therefore the representative's BEST SOLUTION for me was to unload all of my stuff and my two dogs and stand on the side of the road in the ice and snow in 7 degrees, wait for the tow truck to pick up the rental, and then Enterprise would order me an Uber (even though they are not dog friendly, some maybe allow one dog), to pick up me, my stuff, and my dogs and take me to the new rental car. Originally I was told it would take 1.5 hours for the tow company, but after an hour they called and said they had an emergency (which I guess me and my dogs freezing for hours wasn't), and it would be another 4 hours before someone could make it to my location. That means it would have been after 6pm before they got to me, at that point it would have been pitch black and 0 degrees outside. I am a 32 year old woman, I was in a strange place with absolutely no help, and your people abandoned me. Finally after Roadside Assistance left me on the phone in tears, I called the local Enterprise office directly (Wilkes Barre) and they jumped through hoops to bring a new vehicle to me.
I was in an emergency situation and I was met with complete and utter incompetence and a total lack of concern for my health and safety. And what did enterprise give me for my troubles? A $5.57 discount.
