I took my car back twice and they first lied and told me the issue was something else, then the second time they denied me service all together. I then took my car to Cochran and they let me know that the alignment was done INCORRECTLY. They provided me paper work to prove it. DO NOT GO HERE. Many workers are incompetent and will not work with you.

I called Monro after seeing good reviews on Yelp. They gave me an appointment within an hour of my call and had me fixed within 2.5 hours. Everyone I spoke to was professional yet very friendly.

When I arrived the manager told me that he does not have any technicians scheduled until 9 am. And that it happens all the time. They make appointments for customers from a call center in India but don't have the staff to do the job. Absolutely infuriating but not the managers fault who was very nice and apologized many times. But he said it happens on a regular basis. They won't be in business long unless they open in India. Very disappointing
