However, the car was perfectly fine when I dropped it off, with new tires I installed just four months ago. Now they're charging $2000 for repairs, but I only went in for a state inspection. Be cautious with these guys; I regret not checking things out before leaving my car with them.

He had my spare tire put on for me and ordered the tire I need. He is going to call me as soon as the new tire arrives. I’m relieved to have been able to make it to Heilman after that pothole. This made a difficult situation much more bearable.

They charged me 185 dollars for labor even though they made me wait over an hour for a part they didn't have and the guy "working" on my car was on the phone at the front desk most of the time while I was there. They TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN HERE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Go to a legitimate place like Midas or Firestone for repairs. All I needed was air filters and break fluid by the way.
