  I gave them a $500 deposit like they asked ! I changed my mind because I found a better deal ! Now they are saying that they have no record of my deposit ! It’s hard to believe that a company so big would make it so hard to get a $500 deposit back after they promised it was fully refundable! I noticed that the sales team were rude and trying to pressure other buyers into buying older campers ! In my opinion they cared more about their sale than the customers satisfaction !

  Great experience overall... Our sales guy was a bit MIA, but the finance guys (Joe and Dan), both were great. Parts and service area were outstanding as well. Adjusted my hitch a bit to fit the new camper and added some braking systems not functioning. Love the new RV and they had it shined up and ready when we took delivery!

  Found a camper we really liked after waiting over an hour to even be shown anything. Came back the next day to buy it, sat there for another hour and a half, then the power went out so we left. Came back the next day, after a price was negotiated via text. we were told to go sit in the camper and check it out while we waited over an hour again for the salesman, so he told us to go check it out before we decided to buy it. So we went and sat in the camper checked it out. Guy comes back and says okay lets go in and work numbers ( meanwhile a number was already agreed upon via text to get us back in the door, then they tell us they dont know if they can do it) Sit there for another 45 mins while he ran around and we didnt even get to talk to a sales manager or finance guy or anything, for them to come back after another total of 2 hours wasted in this place to say.. Oh... im so sorry, that camper actually sold yesterday!! 3 DAYS of talking about buying it and wasting hours of our time, for a camper that had supposedly been there for 6 months, sells at the same time and they had no idea and negotiated via text to get us back in the door and sit there.. for a camper that was already spoken for?? Meanwhile the sales manager would not take 5 seconds from throwing a toy basketball against is wall to let us put down a deposit to hold it. UNREAL
