    Got a flat while on the road. Once we got through the call center and got to Lisa, the local manager, she took care of us. She had us back on the road with two new tires, and got it done FAST. In a world where customer service is an antiquated concept, Lisa still sticks to the old ways 5 stars and a huge THANK YOU

    Tried to get me to change my appointment time, when I came in early as requested they still didn't take my car back until the original appointment time, tried to charge me $750 for a brake and rotor replacement which only took an hour when I had family do it, and refused to give me a copy my failing state inspection paper.

    A bunch of money hungry individuals who will try to drain you dry of every dollar they think they can get out of you . If zero stars existed , this would be the perfect rating for them !

    Terrible service, what a shame. Have been going here with 4 vehicles for 20+ years. New manager is absolutely terrible. Prices quoted for vehicle on phone for oil and tire rotation aren’t even close to what they charge. Quoted $49.99 on phone, over $71 with no extra service! They didn’t even rotate the tires like ordered ! Stay away.
