  Had a great experience at the Altoona location. The power went out in the middle of my oil change and they had computer issues. I knew it wasn't their fault, so we waited. While we waited, they checked the air in my tires and were very apologetic. When the computers still wouldn't work, they told me I could leave. They said they would handle the payment since the computers refused to work. It was so nice of them! Best crew ever!!!

  Shahran and Chris and the whole Valvoline team at 201 Sierra Drive in Altoona are terrific. I've visited three times since this particular shop opened in 2025, and they've always been extremely helpful and friendly. Each visit, I leave having learned more about my car than when I arrived. I've never before said that I enjoy getting my oil changed, but I do genuinely enjoy going to this location with this particular crew. I will return for sure.

  This was the 3rd time I have gone to this Valvoline location and the service is always excellent from the moment I pull up to the door till I drive out the door when finished. Your employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

  Andrew took great care of my car while getting an oil change. Explained everything perfectly, was efficient and I saved a good bit of money getting a Groupon. Thanks again! I’d come back again with how polite Andrew was.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE -5 STARS If I could give negative stars I would !! These are incompetent workers and lied 5 times yesterday was told get a 126.00 refund got 68 .00 REFUND , I can prove it . THESE FOOLS damaged my car !! I GOT CHARGED 126 .OO FOR OIL AND 201 .00 FOR A BATTERY NOT NEEDED DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENT WORKERS. .I had to take it to the Hyundai dealership also have proof ! Don't go there. JUST DONT GO ! They put the wrong battery IN MY CAR !! AND OVERCHARGED ME FOR IT !!When I left vavoline I went straight to the dealership also have proof !! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY ARE TRASH 🗑️ They rip you off and lie. Where's my 126.00 back ?? You said you would call ? No call from manager . SO JUST 68 $ HUH 🤔 WOW .. DONT GO BUYERS BEWARE I HAVE 10 OTHER PEOPLE THAT THEY SCREWED OVER HAVE NAMES AND NUMBERS CLASS ACTION SUIT COMING !!
