Thank god I was on the phone and headed this lady tell her the replacement for rotors only in the rear were $560. Not including pads or anything. That the parts alone were $196/each. I told my daughter never mind. I got the parts including pads for $150 and she brought it to someone that was reasonably priced to have them installed. Her rotors were gone in the rear. She. She got to the shop the gentleman made her aware that not only were all the lug nuts on her rear tires lose she was missing. One. These people after trying to price gauge her couldn’t even put her tire back on. Correctly and risked her life the second she got in her car and pulled away. I wouldn’t deal with them if they were the last mechanical around. I know nothing about cars but I would trust my work and you tube videos before I would ever pull a car in that shop. If you love you child and you life. Don’t go there. Because they could care less about anything but the dollar
