The store attendant confirmed that I had been charged the right price and received a discount and there was nothing that they were going to do. Why would you have me call? This confirms that it cost well over $140 to have a lightbulb changed at Monro of Altoona. My advice? Do not spend your money here for any quick fixes. Do not expect customer service to resolve your issues. Do not call into a number as they will not be able to offer you anything for your time. If I could leave zero stars after that horrendous customer service experience, I would. [Original Review]: (1-Star) Repairs were timely. Labor is insanely expensive. Needed to get a headlight repair parts were $30. They initially quoted me at $164. Was able to get a “discount” To pay $121. If you need a quick repair go someplace else.

I arrived with a flat tire in an emergency, and even though the shop was busy, Lisa got me in right away (my car was up on the lift within 2 minutes) I walked in unannounced, near their closing time—when most places would have told me to come back the next day—Lisa and the mechanic quickly assessed my car, helped me choose the right tires, and installed them on the spot. I was back on the road in about an hour. The technicians were fast, friendly, and efficient. The shop is clean and has comfortable seating while you wait. I’m truly impressed with how Lisa handled my situation and highly recommend this shop!! I can’t say how prices compare if I would have had time to shop around for tires, but it all felt very fair and reasonable to me.
