- PHPaul HighNov 16, 20251.0Visit #1 - Took vehicle for an oil change. They recommended a new air filter, I said go ahead it definitely needed replaced. Driving home car wasn't sounding or running quite right. Opened the hood when I got home and noticed the air box wasn't shut quite right. Opened it up to find there was NO air filter in it at all. Called them and they did provide the air filter but it cost me an extra 1-1/2 hrs of driving on a Sunday plus the gas it costs me. I figured mistakes happen. No big deal, then....next visit... Visit #2 - Took vehicle for the next oil change. They recommended replacing rear brakes. Took a look and they definitely needed changed. They not only changed the rear brakes, but they also changed the brake fluid which I wasn't aware was being done. Vehicle has less than 50,000 miles, it did not need done. Cost just for the brakes was $430 + $160 for fluid change. Ridiculous. Shouldn't have been more than $300 for changing rear brakes. (I checked around after the fact.) My fault for not getting the pricing specifics beforehand so my bad. The issue came on the drive home when I had no brake pedal and very little brakes! Made it home and got a competent mechanic to investigate the brakes and they weren't bled properly. He was able to fix brakes correctly and didn't even charge me because of the fiasco of a job the service center did. He is my new service mechanic for all my needs now. Definitely don't recommend this place. Price gouging and poor quality of service. Most likely wouldn't have said anything about the pricing if the work would have been completed correctly.

So off to Walmart with no wait and oil change done for $60. I showed him it's on this franchises website and it's valid till 12/31/25 and he no. So I left. I won't be taken advantage of. These places are always scams and I wouldn't recommend them.
