The time before this time they never reset my oil engine life so for the last 1500 miles I had to look at the warning when I started the truck. This time I told them they forgot the reset and it was taken care of. However when I tried to check out no one came to the desk for over ten minutes. (I dropped it off and then came back). There was only one car in the bays at that time. So I finally pay and go out and hop in the truck and the window sticker was never changed. Had to go back in and get a new sticker. This now makes me question if they have forgot or just didn't do things the last two times what else are the not doing.? I have noticed a big change since the place is under new ownership. In life it is all about paying attention to the little details. If you can't do the little things right you will never be able to do the big thing right.
