  I want to thank Joel Geesey at Blaise Alexander Altoona for a wonderful experience buying my new 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Joel was so helpful and patient with me. He let me drive him over half of Blair county on my test drive without a single complaint! He led me through my buying options and found me the greatest deal I couldn't pass up.   This place is a joke. I bought a 2019 gmc sierra used from them, 2 weeks after i got the truck it wasn't shifting right so i brought it in they said the valve body was the issue, the part was on backorder for 2 weeks (had a month warranty) so the warranty was up once i got it back. the very next day after i got my truck back with it being so called "fixed" it had the same exact issues so i brought it in again, they then found that the torque converter was the issue after the warranty was out and wanted to charge me 3200 dollars and claimed it wasn't a misdiagnosis it was pure laziness and the scam they run, clearly noticeable that nothing changed after the repair. They then gave me the run around i called probably close to 10 times to try to get ahold of the general manager jake, the people i did talk to said they'd give me a call back or let him know to call me, never happened. when i did finally get ahold of him he was pretty arrogant and basically told me he would've never sold me the truck in the first place and making it sound like it was my fault for buying it. he also told me that any more problems after this he would not be responsible for. I got ahold of the attorney general as well for the whole situation. they decided to give me a discount which was still over 1000 dollars out of my pocket when i hadn't even put a thousand miles on the truck yet. not to mention my truck still isn't running properly. do not buy from this place subpar and unprofessional to say the least.
