I stopped at the Altoona dealership to test drive and potentially buy a used Gladiator only to find out that it was moved to another lot the previous day. It was only on the lot for approximately two to three weeks. I know because I drove past it on the way to work every day. I started looking online for others and found it again on the Blaise Phillipsburg website so I reached out with a pricing question because I again wanted to drive up the mountain to test drive it. I was told by the Internet Specialist that it was available but it was on another lot. She also sent an ebrochure for said Gladiator with some pictures of a gray vehicle and some white, which is the correct color. When I clicked on the more details option it sent me to the Blaise Williamsport dealership. Should it be this difficult?

Some of the best service I ever had… I went in to get my 64’ LeSabre greased underneath , been afraid to have stuff done by. Another place since I’ve been screwed before. As a Small Engine Repaid business owner myself I’m busy where sometimes I can’t work on my own stuff. And sometimes I gotta say I have credit to the staff who was involved the day I took my car in. The staff greeted me and held the dour I walked into the wrong side they directed me to where I needed to go , the service department was really nice. Seemed like they took stress really well as I did see some people in the waiting room but didn’t have a additude just was still nice , one guy was really nice I told him I use to take it to a Chevy dealer by Williamsport to have it done once a year it was 12-20 bucks and I supplied the grease. He said “no need to pay us it’s on the house” I thanked him and was much appreciated I insisted on giving something or even supporting a tube of grease he refused to take. The lady’s at the desk was really nice as well and helped me find the waiting lounge. I treated myself comfortably as the seating was easy to fall into. They drove my 64’ into the alignment rack and I wanted to see the frame and they had me come out and take a look for myself if the frame was good I thought it was maybe bad or had a hole but was in good shape. They greased my car , told me where my leaks are coming from and what to do to fix it , like differential fluid change and rear main seal is a possible failure for where it’s leaking at. They checked my fluids and I didn’t even ask them too. The young men techs who some I’ve met before from seeing at the GACTC and other places I’ve met some these techs know a lot about cars no matter the age and or the model. There very versatile and take time to see what else could be going on or what else should we check. How to make sure the customer is taken care of. I offered to personally hand a buck to the tech they refused and even to the service manager. I promised em I’d leave a great review, and this is my review. A honest review and a true one at that , I had a list of names I requested upon and lost didn’t mean to loose it but I had it on a post it. But for all those who stay honest in your job thank you much. You guys deserve a raise or maybe a redbull or good free coffee for the work. I had many people help me at my company along the years and not one would put in as much effort as this team has they seem to all work along and team along wonderfully. - From: A. A. Thompson. If they state over the phone that they normally offer at or above Kelly blue book car value, I would inquire further. They said it to me and when I drove in they offered me $3,000 below my Kelly blue book car value.

Had salvage engine put in my 2013 avalanche ltz. Called in around lunch time to have the keys put in the truck for after hours pick up. Arrive that evening truck unlocked no key to be found my new power folding mirrors pushed forward (broken), dead/bad battery, 4 low/flat tires. I asked for a full vehicle inspection for any other work that needed done. Oil pressure gauge stuck at 0 and inspection ran out when I picked it up. Also no paper work documenting the details of the donor engine like mileage/engine hours/warranty paperwork. Not a word about anything above was mentioned to me by the techs or service team. At $160+ an hour I expect impeccable work and attention to detail. I will never bring my family vehicles here again I’d rather drive 2 hours south and have a real mechanic look at them instead of these money hungry slobs. And it didn’t sit for a long time after it was fixed I picked it up a week later! If this is the caliber they operate at $40/hr is better suited for them. If I wanted it done mostly right I would’ve done it myself and invested the $8,000 in my own tools and a cast iron block.
