In my opinion is no way for any store manager to act in any business. It would be one thing if he would of explained the situation but instead gave flat out disrespect and attitude before we could explain our situation fully. Again this is the manager of the establishment i am talking about too. This is also after being left on hold for 45 minutes and we get there and the only two workers there are sitting outside on there. The managers name is Jeremy too incase you all were wondering

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
