Even with proof of purchase (thru rewards card), we were told, "I gotta be honest with you, those don't look like H7 bulbs". We layed another pack of them on the counter and then the clerk replied, "oh.. they are". He reluctantly did the swap but told us, "this is your only exchange, if they go out again you're out of luck". Will not be returning. I will be purchasing all my auto stuff elsewhere.
