    So stopped in there late last night bought a part the lady that waited on me was very nice and helpful she pulled ithe part about half way out it looked like the piece that I had brought in with me so I took it home when I took it out of the box it the bottom metal piece fell off and it seemed to be altered pieces was cut off of it now mind you I've been working on my truck all day so my hands are covered in grease so the piece got dirty while I handled it yes when I took it back today I basically was accused by this manager of bringing an old part back in their box he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that it wasn't a carquest part which it is a carquest part I still have the pieces I still have my old one I still have everything and still have the receipt I even offered to go get my old one and bring back into the store to show him that I didn't put a part back in there he says they don't take electronics back it doesn't matter whether it's broken or altered or anything you're just ripped off if you buy something there and it's broken it's kind of funny though that somehow this part got taken back by somebody obviously and this is just a guess but I say it's probably one of their buddies .basically this manager treated me like I was the one ripping them off when the only person that got ripped off here was me I strongly suggest not buying anything from this place because you could buy something broken if it's their policy they don't take it back it doesn't matter whether it's broken. sifting through these reviews it's kind of cliche a lot of them are about the manager there. there's ways to handle things and there's ways to not now I did say some choice words by the time I found out they ripped me off for my $50 and I couldn't get it back I couldn't take store credit because I needed the part because I needed the vehicle running today or I would have just took it and been on my way. This is the second time a manager their lied to me and was combative. The guy couldn't care less about ripping someone off .

    I think they sold me a battery when I need one it ended up being the starter that I need to get fixed so I spent over $200 on a battery that's it

    Most disrespectful manager ive ever met. Came in for a simple problem and was given nothing but attitude and disrespect from a situation that was out of our control. In my opinion is no way for any store manager to act in any business. It would be one thing if he would of explained the situation but instead gave flat out disrespect and attitude before we could explain our situation fully. Again this is the manager of the establishment i am talking about too. This is also after being left on hold for 45 minutes and we get there and the only two workers there are sitting outside on there. The managers name is Jeremy too incase you all were wondering

    Jeremy did an awesome job finding the correct battery for my wife's car. I use a walker or cane to get around. When I arrived at the store, I called the store from the parking lot and he made it so that I did not have to get out of my car. Thank you for tremendous customer service .
