They sent someone out to pick up the filters from the local parts store. There are three major parts stores nearby. The markup on top of the retail price for each part ranged from approximately 50-150 percent above the local retail price. For example, air filter part no. SA12065 retails locally for $18.99. Mr. Tire charged me $47.25 for the same filter, plus labor, of course. This is just one example of their egregious markup practices. I went back with printouts from local parts stores proving the excessive markups above local retail prices and asked what they were willing to do. They were dismissive, shrugged, and said they would do “nothing” - that’s their “markup” and they can markup as much as they want. I had been there before and suspected I was overcharged. I will not return. I do not trust them. Beware!
