They said the tire should be fixed or replaced, but suggested I take it to the installer of the tire, which I did two days later.

He did not register the battery and sych it with the other battery/car. This caused numerous issues. I’ll NEVER bring any of my vehicles to this service station. I will alert all my friends and colleagues of the issues I incurred due to unqualified technicians!
