AWFULLY DISHONEST!!!
WHAT ELSE THEY ARE LYING ABOUT?
I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026 for a brake fluid flush. I arrived on time, only to be told that the employee who performs that service was no longer there and only works until 3:30 p.m. I was never contacted in advance to let me know this, even though your staff had my appointment information and phone number on file. As a result, I made a second appointment for the following day.
I then returned for my rescheduled appointment at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2026, again arriving on time. I was told the service would take about an hour, or at most an hour and a half. Since I expected the work to be completed within that timeframe, I left my car and went shopping nearby.
After approximately one hour and ten minutes, I called to check on the status and was told it would be another half hour. Based on that information, I waited longer and returned after two full hours, only to find that my car still had not been serviced. At no point was I proactively informed that there was a backup or delay. No one called me, despite having my cell phone number on file.
What made this even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism and courtesy from your staff. When I asked why I had not been notified, I was simply told, “that’s the way it is,” with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I ended up having to take my car and leave without the service being performed, after wasting two hours of my Saturday.
This experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and respect for a customer’s time. I expect better from a business that schedules appointments and represents itself as a professional automotive service provider.
