- SPSoy PepeDec 2, 20254.0I want to share my experience with two advisors at Scott Volvo: Michael Mohrey and Seth Lopez. Both of them are respectful, patient, professional and great sence of humor. They take time to explain what’s going on with the vehicle, and they communicate in a clear and honest way. They treat customers with care and represent the dealership in a positive manner. Because of their service and attitude, I trust them and value their help. That said, I do feel the need to express a concern. Scott Volvo advertises that they provide car wash which I refused because of the weather conditions and vacuum service for vehicles during service appointments, but vacuuming was not done during my visit. As a CUSTOMER bringing business to the dealership, I expect the full service experience that is promoted to all customers—nothing more, nothing less. I would encourage management to take these customer experiences seriously and ensure that all services promised are delivered consistently. I’m saying this respectfully, because I want the dealership to maintain the high standards that advisors like Michael and Seth work hard to uphold
