This is an overpriced bill and I will not pay this bill until this is resolved. Also, this bill is over two years old and I will not pay this bill until this is resolved. It’s a New York City violation, and I am getting overcharged by Penske. You have horrible customer service department when it comes to billing.
- ENE & R - H & NJun 18, 20251.0Worst experience of my life , as business I won't recommend . the person in charge make waist 2 hr saying that he was confirming with the accounting department to confirm my security deposit after 1hr 30 min he ask me for a ridiculous Security deposit of $2000 which I said yes after that he responded oh it's fine bit still need to confirm with my supervisor and will take more time ( noted at that point i already provided my DOT # my ID and all information required ) ??? So if you no white caucasian looking person don't go to this location when you need deal with your business. Hope Penske improve and re training their staff.

The truck was in newer condition and drove excellent, packed up great as well.
