She was extremely rude and refused to rent me the vehicle I had reserved, even though it was available. Additionally, she attempted to charge me double the rate listed on my reservation. As a loyal Executive Elite customer, I have never encountered a situation like this before. I have rented hundreds of times from multiple National branches, both with and without Emerald Aisle access, and this experience was completely inconsistent with the level of service I have come to expect.
