They never try to sell you parts you dont need and are honest and open about all repairs that need to be made. What made them standout recently was I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. After having the vehicle for only a short time, I noticed the heat wasn't working. Monroe on Broadway in Allentown inspected it and notice the coolant was nearly gone. They suggested since I had a warranty, to return to the dealer, since the car was covered. Well the dealer said nothing was wrong and charged me $180 for diagnostics. I took it back to Monro after learning my warranty can cover any mechanic, not just the dealer. The staff professionally contacted the dealer and explained that not only was the vehicle leaking coolant, there was no way the dealer accurately performed the inspection. I was refunded my money from the dealer for the diagnostics and immediately was able to file a claim and get my car repaired at the Monro shop. They went above and beyond and all vehicles I have in the future will be serviced here!
