Said the screw couldn’t be from them as they don’t have any phillips head in the shop. It was a washer and screw from our own heat shield. Said he wouldn’t serve us any further after pointing out that he was incorrect. Sent us down the road a mile with a flat to the next Mavis who was way more understanding and apologetic.
