You rent a 3/4 diesel truck to tow a 4500 Ibs trailer for 1 day out of the 3 day rental and they charge you an extra $75. I looked on the website and noticed that it said a towing charge "may" apply. So l called to see what the may is. The guy told me something like it depends on how busy we are. So if they're busy they add it on because they can. I will use another company next time.

They told me I would need a valid license and proof of insurance, etc. They called again the day before pickup, but this time to tell me the truck would not be not available. Major plans disrupted with domino effects and financial implications. NOT RECOMMENDED.
