  This enterprise location is wonderful! They were incredibly helpful and efficient. They made sure that I had a great car and reviewed everything carefully. One of the team members rushed out with someone's forgotten luggage and helped them load it in the car. They dealt with a stressful and busy time with kindness and level heads. Great job to the team!

  They have a large selection of rentals and they also sell cars. Customer service is outstanding! The reps were friendly and professional. The entire process was fast and efficient.

  Although I know for a fact that big companies like this sit around and laugh at poor reviews Im gonna leave it anyway. When you make a reservation and arrive to pick up your car and then told they don't have any cars in that "class" however they are more than happy to put you in something else for more money. That ladies and gentlemen is scandalous. Then when you return the car and are asked about your experience and you give it honestly. Then they say "Im gonna personally make it right. I will discount your rental amount to show we care about your business". I was not looking for a discount when I gave my honest experience, they offered it. Only to find out thats a lie. This location will do and/or say anything to try and make themselves look good. Its incredibly unfortunate and all around poor business. Shame on you enterprise.

  On Feb 1, 2026 (reservation #69211675, noon pickup), I arrived around 11:55 AM with my license and payment method ready. The manager asked for my “employer” and an “insurance card” and then refused to rent the vehicle, stating “I am refusing to rent to you.” I called Enterprise support around noon and was told I’d get a callback within 2 hours. No callback. I called again later the same day and also left an escalation message on Feb 2, plus emailed corporate. Still no response or written explanation. I’m posting this to document the experience and to request an official written position and follow-up.
