She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made sure I was fully comfortable with the rental before I left. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in doing her job right. Her positive attitude and kindness made a long travel day so much easier. Doug was just as amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently. He treated me with respect and made the process feel personal instead of transactional. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels this genuine, and Doug absolutely delivered. Together, Joanna and Doug are the kind of employees who represent Enterprise at its best. They were professional, warm, and incredibly helpful, and they turned what is usually a routine car rental into a genuinely great experience.
