  I wanted to leave a review because I said I would. Now this review could've been a 3 star maybe even a 2 star, however I will explain why it was a 5 star. I first arrived to pick up a reserved vehicle and was offered a larger one no extra charge which was great. When I obtained the vehicle, it was not vacuumed properly, also is was completely filthy outside. I asked the attendant if they could vacuum and wash the van due to my family surprising my mother in NY for her 70th Bday. The attendant was more than happy to get that done, so from a 2 star up to 3 or 4. So flash forward to the next day it PA was hit with a snow storm that shut down i78 for almost the entire day. So I was trying to get to NY with snow and now Ice covering the roads. Well when I attempted to use the windshield washers to clear the road and snow grime there was nothing coming out. There was no indicator, no sound nothing to tell you the washer fluid was empty.I get to a gas station which I might add was nearly impossible to get in to get wiper fluid. I filled the tank and washer fluid worked. Well till I get to NY which was about 3 hours and later and no more washer fluid. Again a hazard due to us leaving NY and PA and NJ was hit again with a whiteout. I was like blizzard conditions and again the wiper tank was empty. So there must be a leak however the Honda Odyssey didn't feel like letting us know it was empty, not even a light. I cannot blame enterprise for this. So the next day it was too slick to drive the vehicle up to drop off so I kept it for another day. Now I'm about a 2 to 3 star review. When I worked at a previous rental company for a dealership, the first thing they check before the vehicle left the shop where we cleaned it was to check the fluids and that all items worked before renting the car out. I T should always be checked for road worthiness. A rental should feel like a brand new car every time a renter steps into it. It should be in better shape than the renters primary vehicle. That was the mission of New Holland Ford. I hope this advice doesn't fall on deaf ears. I hope someone reads this. Anyways I explained this all to the attendant when I arrived to bring the vehicle back. I was met with a pleasant response, an apology and the manager lowered the amount for that extra day and also gave me a 25% discount. So I can say that warranted me to give a 5 star. The manager's name was Caitlin McNeish and other attendant who is a Management Trainee was Mclain Hirschbul. They were very understanding and made sure that the vehicle was pulled and sent to be repaired. I would highly recommend this location and would come back again. I hope this helps someone choice to rent from this location.

  If you need a 1WAY rental and desperate, DONT COME HERE!!! THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENT CARS THAT DONT COME BACK.. I was not notified ahead of time to figure out a plan B.. This Disrupted my plans to the airport.. Very disrespectful Reginal manager ( ruined my holiday)
