- DADavid AndersonJan 26, 20262.0Went there this morning, 1/26/26, around 10am for a rear wiper blade. I was the only customer and I said to the man behind the counter that I needed a new wiper blade and I gave him the make and model of the car. He grunted something and went to get the wiper blade. I followed him, because when I got wiper blades there before the sales person always showed me different blades made by various manufacturers and with different prices. The clerk I had today grabbed the wiper blade and walked back to the counter. I said oh, is that the only brand? Again, he grunted something I couldn't understand. I then mentioned that in the past I was shown various blades with different costs and I picked one out. He didn't answer me and rang up the wiper blade. I paid for it and he said something like, have a good day and started to walk away. I said, don't you install them anymore? Again, he grunted something I didn't understand and then said hold on. After several minutes he went to another employee and told him to install the blade. We went outside and this employee was very nice and pleasant and kindly installed the wiper blade for me. The employee that was rude and could only grunt, had a beard. I hope the owner and manager of the store read this review and have a talk with him about how to properly treat customers.
