  I wrote a review and then deleted it but no. A little courtesy goes a long way. Rude and completely void of a modicum of customer service. Simple transaction could not have gone worse because of store employee apathy, thinly veiled aggression and possibly store policy. I will take my business elsewhere hopefully finding Adult Professional conduct. I suggest you do the same.

  I want to thank thank John Cruz for doing an excellent job putting my headlights and he was patient, professional, and caring making sure I was pleased and explain everything so professional. This young man was excellent in customer service. Excellent in his performance of doing his job. Thank you, AutoZone.

  Had a wonderful experience at Autozone. My driver’s side headlight was out. I went to the store and Pedro took a look under my hood and fixed were the connection wires were lose. He told me if the light came back off, come back in a they would fix it. I was very thankful. I did not want to drive around with a headlight out. Would recommend this store to everyone

  I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and thank with my heart Robert and Daniel .. and John from this store who had helped me tremendously with my battery. I’ve returned back to the Lehigh Valley for funeral services for my father and my car would not start.. I was unable to have AAA jump it and was recommended to take to Auto Zone as they help charge batteries.. mine.. unfortunately was not going to hold a charge and I was to get a new one.. my original battery came from an Oreillys ..(there are none anywhere close by.. closest in Baltimore) and was under warranty.. Robert and Daniel helped me find one that would work .. and was affordable… it had been a very long day for me.. these gentlemen and the Battery tech from AAA made things flow with kindness .. professionalism and care.. it was important to me to acknowledge.. Kindness is so very important.. as well as to take the time to thank those that not just for their job.. but care for people… I appreciate you
