  This location has been EXTREMELY helpful!! Yesterday evening, I thought I ran over a metal object on the highway. I drove to the store because my car’s dashboard stated a battery charge issue. Jay, a great team member, checked my battery. Everything was decent. Then he noticed that my alternator belt ripped to SHREDS!!! I bought a belt from the store. He insisted on putting it on himself. I wasn’t going to say no because I needed to get home lol. The belt was TIGHT to put on, but he was determined! Jay succeeded with adding a new belt. He concluded with rechecking my battery, which had a WAY better charge. Now my car is running smoothly! This has been the BEST service from any location! Thank you so much!

  Manger a joke bought a headlight bulb wrong one and when going back in to return building.. so I didn’t leave parking lot … was told no reimbursement possible so I am out 20 dollars if anyone wants a free headlight it sitting out front of advanced auto.. what a joke 🤯

  Tonight was my third visit with this store. Every time the staff was very helpful to me. Tonight the general manager went out of his way to help me. Great customer service and help. Thank you!

  I have to say something about advanced Auto Parts that a lot of people don’t know compared to AutoZone. If you look at how each manages their employees you’ll notice that Advanced Auto Parts have people with experience w/ mechanics and vehicles. AutoZone just hires anybody off the street with minimal training, terrible soft skills, etc. Robert is the one that helped me and is very experienced when it comes to giving advice. I had done some of my own outdated research, but he advised the latest research and suggested that I go another route. And I have not regretted it. I also bought windshield wipers that day and he opened them up for me to put the mounting proper apparatus onto my windshield wipers which was above and beyond. The store on Tighlman Street (next to Ollies) is a great store.

  My daughter’s car overheated halfway home from Philly on a cold wintery day. Coolant was nearly empty. I was trying to help her over the phone when a member of the staff (one guy in particular whose name escapes me) helped her find the right stuff and filled up the coolant for her. He also noticed the engine light was my on and hooked it up to the computer and gave her codes to take to the mechanic. Super helpful. Super friendly. Thanks Advance staff.
