Couldn't take the time to try and assist me. Refused to help me when I asked if he could help me put it in . I left and went across the street to AUTO ZONE. Great customer service, 3$ less expensive for the same product, employees treated me like a queen and filled my coolant for me. Great customer service! Big difference.

Home location who I had on the phone during this transaction priced out some tail light bulbs at $2.50 a box. This location priced the same box of bulbs at $27.00. Manager at this Broadhead location had no desire to price match or offer any other options. Auto Zone across the street was happy to price match the Mckeesport Advance. After 25 years of Advance business, I am done. Many other options available to the consumer.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
