    Everything went great from start to finish with my rental, as it always does, and I keep coming back every time I need a rental because I know I get treated right every time. They explain everything and are more than willing to accommodate anything we may need. We even bought a car through enterprise car sales. So I recommend them too. I have had one hundred percent amazing customer service and zero complications.

    Don't go here. Branch manager isn't very helpful -- being accused of something that you didn't agree to isn't very fair. Also they called me when i was on the phone with someone else, and I had agreed to extend the rental until the next weekend and said OK -- but they acted like it was my fault they didn't follow up on payment. I gladly gave a new card the next morning, but they were very pushy and told me "Their RISK team was about to report the car stolen" .... all over $200~ worth of a rental fee after having it a few weeks (thru State Farm that they already got their money from). If you want to deal with somewhere for a rental, try Hertz, don't trust this location. Not only that when you call after 6pm, there isn't anybody to talk to other than the 800# with INDIAN support. Also -- avoid the branch manager, the reviews from the last 6-12 months that speak of the assistant branch manager, they are correct.
