  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Discount Tire working with the service manager, Kendall. From the beginning, he was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He told me my car would be finished the same day, and they delivered exactly as promised. I got my vehicle back after the alignment, and it’s driving flawlessly now. You can tell they take pride in the work they do and actually care about their customers. I really appreciate the great service and communication throughout the process. As long as Kendall is there, they’ve got a customer for life. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for trustworthy service and quality work.

  Salah, Richard and Kendall. Some of the most charismatic people I have ever met in my life. My vehicle severely broke down on a cross country road trip and after fighting a bunch of other local shops, they saved me. Had my vehicle done in 2 days. This shop was one of the best shops I have worked with in the last 5 years, shameful not all Mavis are like this. Their crew there handles the work flawlessly and honestly. Can’t forget the price, absolutely fairly priced with the work that was completed. If you ever take your vehicle here and think you’re getting scammed, you’re not. They make sure every vehicle that leaves their shop is in better or perfect condition than when it arrived. Their honesty is unmatched by any shop in all of PA. If there’s any regional managers reading this, you must give everyone at this shop minimum 10 dollar raise. If not I’ll do it myself.

  Great service & friendly, customer service spot on, excellent mechanics, the front desk workers are very professional & hard working as the other employees, I always get treated so kindy here, best place in Abington to get your car serviced, the manager was a pro also, they get the job done! Thank you Wayne for working so hard replacing my 4 tires & the extra things I had done, your a decent young man & it was so good to meet you this morning, see you all next time! Elaine F

  They were very helpful with purchasing and installing 2 front tires. They were worry about my safety and made me aware of my breaks and orders I needed at that moment. Unfortunately I had 2 nails stuck in my back tire which was not apart of the plan. The They were nice to give me a discount because of all the worry and stress I was going through with just leaving there earlier. Thank you guys on old York, abington I really appreciate of your help

  If I could give 10 stars I would. I want to say a special thank you to Saul and Richard who saved the day for me. I arrived today about an hour before closing in desperate need. I had gone to Take5 for an oil change that resulted in the damage of my front left tires valve stem causing a massive leak. Take5 took zero responsibility, slapped duct tape on it and sent me on my way. I immediately drove myself down the road to Mavis Discount Tires where Saul and Richard were absolutely amazing. They saw to me immediately, fixed my valve, and restored my faith in humanity all in less than an hour. They also informed me that they do oil changes so I will be taking my car to Mavis Discount Tires for every future oil change or other needs for my car. Definitely the best customer service I have ever received and I am looking forward to becoming a repeat customer at this location.
