- RGRhonda GammaJun 4, 20251.0Safeway fuel Woodburn. I asked for $25 regular. Attendant didn’t ask about Safeway rewards card. So he canceled & did again & I didn’t have enough rewards. I said okay he put my debit card in & asked me how much I wanted said $25 regular. After gave my card back. Once again he asked I said regular $25 again. I wasn’t watching pump but seemed like taking awhile so I looked at pump it said $35 & some change so I said to closest attendant & I only wanted $25. He looked for the attendant that helped me & he was on another pump. So the attendant I asked to stop it & ended up @ $37.66. Didn’t see the initial attendant again. He asked someone & they said there was nothing they could do. No refund because it was on my card. I said I wouldn’t have said more than $25 told them I only had $40 in my account they said there’s nothing we can do. Called as soon as I got home & they answered the phone told me I had to talk manager & he was gone but will be there early tomorrow 6-5-2025. Asked for direct line said call customer service again & be transferred. I’m extremely upset, for the error on price & the way I was spoke to that no one would talk to me about it. I shop @ that Safeway & get gas there. I will no longer shop @ any Safeway again. Customer service is terrible with no solution. There are plenty other grocery stores I can shop at. I liked the store because clean & very seldom out of anything. I’m only 1 customer so they won’t miss me shopping but I will never recommend anyone to shop at any Safeway!!
