  Drove 3 hours to look at a model of trailer we have been doing a ton of research on. Showed up to our appointment we made a week prior and the trailer was in the worst condition possible. None of the damage was detailed on the listing or pictured. Salesman had no clue what was going on and inexperienced and uneducated

  I had a great experience here! I was working with Jeremy who helped my girlfriend and I buy our first camper, he was awesome and very helpful during the whole process. It was quick and easy, and they even let us add extra necessities on. Overall it was a really easy process and we were walked through everything very well, any questions we had were answered, and they let us look at a ton of different options to ensure we went home with the best option for us. I would definitely buy your camper here and work with Jeremy again!!

  We visited the Wood Village location of Camping World to look at motorhomes and discussed trading in our toy hauler. I clearly stated the minimum amount I would accept for the trade and to not bother if we were too far apart. A day or two later, they presented an offer significantly below that number. I told them that it would not work out due to that and, the fact, that the in person number vs. what they sent me was a $25,000-30,000 difference for the unit we were inquiring about. What crossed the line on 2/21/26 was a voicemail I received from a salesperson and co-worker who failed to hang up after leaving his message. In the voicemail recording, he stated that I “needed to be butthurt first” to accept their low offer, referred to me as “just a kid,” called me “an idiot,” and said they would continue calling to try to work a deal. I have the original voicemail saved. I am a 31-year-old business owner and father of two, which the salesman was aware of. Regardless, that kind of language and tactic is unprofessional and unacceptable when dealing with customers making significant financial decisions. I’m sharing this so others can make informed choices. This was my direct experience.
