  Unsure why there are so many negative reviews. After a week of my car attracting so much polIen, dust and debris, I badly needed to clean my car. I paid for The Works which was a tad pricey, but the pre-scrub definitely helped remove stubborn debris stuck to my car. I did not observe any scratches on my car or stubborn water spots post-wash. Will come back again!

  Very bad service, bad cleaning, while talking to the guy to pay the other guy started using water from the hose with soap which entered the car and my clothes were soaked and they didn’t even apologized. Moreover, although I paid $17 which is their most expensive option they left side mirrors unclean and unclear and refused to even clean them with a piece of cloth. Terrible service. Will never use them again

  The car wash works but other washes soap smells good through the vents, the water smelled kind of mildewy and the vaccums cost money that you have to pay in cash. If you have only a card with you it's not a good option

  Staff are cool, they use an abrasive brush to pre scrub your car which could lead to extra scratches. Was surprised to see that the vacuum cost an extra $1.00 in quarters to use whereas other places have it included. Basic wash with undercarriage rinse is $12, but they have a wash card 10 for $97. I would not come back here as other places include a vacuum.
