I came in with a pretty serious oil leak and they quickly admitted that it was a more serious problem than they could handle. They were so kind and took great care of me while I waited for a tow truck- even gave me a popsicle and bottles of water. Great customer service!

- SKSean KrauseMay 30, 20251.0Stopped here twice within 5 days of each visit. First time, with my car, no problems. Got in, got serviced without add on pressure. The second time I went, in my wife's SUV, I pulled in, was guided to the first bay, tech asked if she could scan my door , and then said it would ve bout 15 minutes they were just starting the car in front of me. Meanwhile, in the other bay, 3 techs worked on another Toyota. Didn't think anything of it at time. 20 minutes later, young lady tells me they just added a transmission job to the car in front, she was sorry, be about another 15 minutes. OK, I can wait. As I waited, I watched now 4 techs take a smoke break, overheard them talk about the employees Toyota they were working on (thats right, they Toyota taking up the other bay was an employees car) and 3 other cars turn away because of the line. After another 25 minutes, (yes a total of 45 minutes) Mr Evan (name on his tag) decided to come up to my window and tell me gr was sorry taking so long, that they were having issues, and that it should be about another 10 to 15 minutes. I asked if since they had wasted 45 minutes of my time if I get it free. (Dont know unless you ask right). Mr Evan said "You can always leave if you don't like it" So guess what. I left. I will NEVER go back to this location.
