- TAThomas AustinApr 11, 20261.0We spent 1600 on fuel at this pilot then went in to buy coffee and other drinks. It was between 4 and 4:30 am the manager was on the floor working and went to back, the young man was mopping floor, the cashier was in the office visible to everyone in the store. There was about 4 to 5 people in line waiting. A driver called to her and ask her if she could come help and she ignored everyone. That driver walked behind counter and knocked on door and she hollered and said excuse me I’m on break and your not allowed back here. The young man ask what the problem was and we said nobody was helping us. He pointed to the lady in the office we let him know what she said so he called the manager on the radio and that’s when she jumped up irritated and came in the store being rude talking about refusing service to customers. Two of the customers put their there stuff down and left. I don’t think this is a good way to give customer service. We checked out and left. She was a young lady that was pregnant. I know she’s limited to what she can do at her job but she can at least work the register and not have a line of ppl just wanting to get there stuff and start there day

I Would Have Taken Pix But It Was Too Atrocious.
