- PWPatrick WrightOct 6, 20251.0hello i was in there today getting food and this old lady was working around 130, she was very rude. burned my food. and when i asked her to reheat some more, BECUASE I didnt want burned food. she had long gray hair. she needs to be retrained how to help custmers. it would of taken her not even 2 secs to open the oven and take my food out. she was very rude!!!!!!! she not have some one working in a subway if they dont have a friendly smile on them! the night crew is so much nicer then her! i come her often
