  I was trying to modify my reservation and although I called 5 minutes before closing I was on hold for those 5 minutes. But right at 5:00 I know I heard someone pick up the phone and then hang up. When I called back the automated message said the office is now closed. I know it was very close to closing time but I wanted to change the day I was picking up my rental before the office closed. I didnt see that they open on the weekend so I hope I can get an answer then. Please help improve this detail for better customer service. Thank you.

  First the good news- easy reservation system, affordable rates, great staff and service, and the 15' moving truck was new and had less than 3K miles on it. I knocked off 3 stars for a BIG fail- the truck had NO attachments for strapping the load. None on the floor and none on the 4' high plywood sides. It was possible to attach hooks above the plywood, but ZERO attachment eyes anywhere. We could not secure the load at all, a massive fail. Every truck I've ever owned, driven or rented had attachment eyes and it is incredible and appalling that a truck typically rented for moving households by non-professionals (or professionals!) would lack something so basic and needed for the security and safety of transporting a load, which is the purpose of this truck! Follow up- Enterprise responded to this review promptly requesting more info, props to them. I did as requested, props to me. I sincerely hope that any and all future truck rentals include the basic feature of attachment eyes for tie downs and encourage future renters to check their truck for this before driving away- apparently you can't take this basic feature for granted as I did!
