- AVAngela VillegasOct 25, 20251.0Employees at tualatin location in specific DANIEL, were super unprofessional and rude and was arguing with me over the phone. The insurance at fault covered my rental until a certain date that I was not informed of. Daniel called me a week after it was supposed to be returned requesting I pay the 200$ balance. When I proceeded to tell him they’re a business and same way he informed me 7 days later after it ended, he could’ve informed me the day it ended so we all could’ve avoided this. He proceeded to tell me it’s not his problem and to take it up with insurance and proceeded to call another number I had on file to threaten us about reporting the car stolen and kept calling that number a numerous amount of times instead of calling me. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and we felt harassed & very disrespected. I’ve reviewed other reviews and see that Daniel has had bad reviews. It’s clear he’s been racist and disrespectful before!
