  Brought my car in because it was driving off and I was reeeeeally hopeful it was just a matter of the transmission fluid needing to be flushed and changed. Unfortunately, it was much more severe of an issue than initially thought. The team here were honest and upfront about the problem and recommended two nearby shops that would specialize in fixing it. Knowing the limitations of what can be done in your shop and making sure your clients are safe is super important. Especially for someone like me, who is travelling through from out of state. Thank you so much for doing what you could and making sure I understood everything that was happening!

  Great service super friendly! Spent the majority of the time cracking jokes with the guys up top. (I was the only one there at the time.) Some at the expense of the guy in the pit, and his inability to hear anything properly. Had a great time and fast efficient service. Thanks guys!

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent oil change service I received. Despite being informed that the specific oil for my car would cost $119.00, the service provided was subpar. The individuals responsible for the oil change appeared inexperienced, as the supervisor provided extensive guidance throughout the process. While this level of assistance is commendable, it is imperative that the grease generated during the oil change be promptly cleaned off the hood of the vehicle. Regrettably, I discovered that the hood was still covered in grease after the service was completed. The frequent turnover of staff members has resulted in a constant influx of new employees who may not be fully familiar with the procedures for my specific vehicle. Furthermore, I was not informed that any other fluids, such as windshield washer fluid, would be topped off or checked. Instead, I was simply offered water for the windshield washer fluid. This lack of communication and oversight led to a receipt that indicated that the windshield washer fluid had been replaced by the employees, despite the fact that it had not been along with coolant, etc. Overall, I am disappointed with the service I received and will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

  First time visiting this location, and already decided to made this location my go to place. The staff were professional and friendly, I was here for oil change, but they told me that the oil life still have a few more miles to go. Great staff and great service! Will recommend this place to everyone! (You can find coupons on their website that will save you some $)

  This is long overdue, but after the great experience and customer service I received from them, I had to make sure they got the recognition they deserved. The first time I came here, it was with my girlfriend in the middle of the Summer. She was concerned about some issues with her brakes after we went to another location, and wanted some peace of mind. Eli was working and offered to take the car for quick drive to see what might be going on. Ended up not having any issues, but he took the time to explain to us what we might have been hearing and feeling. I came back a couple of weeks later to get work done on my own car, and sure enough, Eli was there again. Not only that, but he’d remembered seeing me the first time, remembered what car we brought in, and even asked how things were working with it. They got my car maintenance taken care of super quickly and at a great price, and the customer service was top notch. They showed great care and we had some great conversation. Just came in for some maintenance, and yet again, there was Eli. Asked me how I was doing, asked me about my girlfriend’s car. Kai and Cody were some other friendly faces who helped out this time. Again, received great service and got a great deal for an oil change and tire rotation. This location is a couple miles further than my closest Jiffy Lube, but it’s well worth it, with the quality of service they provide and the care that they show.
