    Five stars isn’t enough for this place. Best car rental experience/location in the Portland Metro. The staff runs this place like a Formula 1 team with customer experience in mind. Shoutout Kyle and Andrew. ✊🏼

    I rented a car for a road trip to Canada and so glad I did. I was able to get the brand new Rav 4, having the navigation system was great to have. Sara and Rick helped me at pick up and drop off. They were so efficient and fun, they got me in and out effortlessly. Thank you Enterprise!

    Hey Mark (the manager), Trying to increase revenue for your company is part of business. But misleading customers crosses the line into dishonest sales practices. In a functioning market, that behavior comes back with consequences. Consider this 1 star review a reflection of that. Your team needs to operate with transparency and basic integrity. If you’re selling a damage waiver at $24.99 per day, that "PER DAY" nuance must be clearly communicated and not buried in fine print or rushed through on a small screen during checkout. I do not recommend this location to anyone under the current management!
