I work in the neighborhood and went here to fill a propane tank for our business. They overcharged me, which took some convincing for them to accept that, then they were wrong about the amount that they overcharged. They wouldn't believe me, no matter how many times I went over the math. I had to wait to speak with the manager the next day. I called the next day and the manager acknowledged that I was correct about the amount and they were wrong. She offered to refund me and I said not to worry about it. I told her that it wasn't about the amount of money, it was about the principle. I will avoid doing any business with them going forward.

The guys who pump gas are so kind but the other guy is horribleee and seems to treat the women in there way differently. There was a man at the cash register that was so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Refused service for no reason, was so confused. The other woman’s review was exactly what happened to me. Rlly knows how to ruin a day. The shell and chevron down the road coulda nevaaaa.

I came here on my birthday (May 28th) on the way to work and had forgotten my card with my boyfriend. I tried my tapless, since i only needed to get $5, at the pump twice and it didn't take it. I went inside to try my card and after it didn't accept for whatever reason the attendant kicked me out very rudley just saying "get out" i was confused and when i walked back to my car it seemed like the other attendant was confused too. I ended up going home getting my card, going to astro and had 0 problems. I'm moving soon so I won't ever return here but this whole ordeal made me 15 minutes late to work and I've never been kicked out of a place and definitely not without reason and so this just ended up stressing me out. I've also been to this station multiple times and have never seen the worker i had this interaction with or had any problems (tapless or not). Please just do better with customer service.
